SLIDING SHAPES
WITH GUIDES

Formwork system that began its development in Brazil at the end of 1988, at the Cachoeira Dourada and Samuel Hydroelectric Power Plants, by professionals who would later form Descon Construtora Ltda.

It consists of a continuous concreting process, in which the reinforcement application work is carried out completely before concreting begins.

Sliding Shapes with Guides

The big difference with the Sliding Formwork system with Internal Bar is that the horizontal effort exerted by the concrete is absorbed by External Guides, which guarantee perfect and safe verticality of the work.

The forms are raised using hydraulic jacks, fixed to the forms, which, when activated, pull the one-inch bar, fixed to the top of the Guide, along the outside of the wall. Guides can be straight or curved, which suits the most varied types of structures.
