Sliding Forms for Rockfill Dams
The system offers a series of advantages over other systems. Does not require the use of rails. No need to place and remove thousands of expansion anchors. There is no need to load the form with each slide — the winches themselves lower the forms. Controlling the ascent speed is much more efficient.
The various customized shapes are screwed onto a single support and sliding structure according to the profile of each section of the plinth.
The 12-Roll Continuous Forming Machine used by Descon, customized according to the work, allows for better precision as well as better finishing of the joints.
The extruder used by Descon is self-propelled by a diesel engine. The section to be used is produced according to the project of the work.
